A Little Bit of Local Zen

I'm feeling much better in the wake of quitting last week. Here are some images of the past week here in my hometown that inspire Zen in me.

The images above were taken at Nickles Arboretum in Ann Arbor. I walked around here during lunch break to escape from work. It was so ironic that a place of serenity and beauty was so close to a place that caused such despair.

Images above are from the Zen Buddhist Temple in A2. Now that my life is getting back into order, I can be more in a Buddhist frame of mind when I visit the temple on Sunday mornings.
